This project began as a way to demonstrate the Forest Service's impact on the local community in Cordova, Alaska. Working as the media intern for the Forest Service, I collaborated with the fisheries biologists, district ranger and local Cordovans to craft this visual narrative.

The dusky Canada goose conservation effort has been ongoing for decades and spearheaded by the Chugach National Forest. This project began as a way to show not only the importance of the dusky Canada geese, but also the conservation work the Forest Service has been doing to ensure the survival of this subspecies.
